The Conferences, Seminars or Events listed on the Website are or will be conducted by the respective Organisers / Bodies and we shall not be held liable or responsible for defective services of any nature whatsoever rendered by such Organisers / Bodies including but not limited to:

• The Conference / Seminar / Event being cancelled or rescheduled; or
• Seats being not available at the Conference / Seminar / Event,
  (in which case the refund of registration or other charges if any, shall be claimed by you directly from the Organisers / Body); or
• Non-availability of course materials.

All Intellectual Property Rights including but not limited to trade marks, trade secrets, copyrights, patents designs, database in the information provided on this Website as also the proprietary rights in respect thereof shall be held by ACUMEN or the original owners.
